PayfastLodging (“we”) provides lodging operations software for parks and resorts, including a staff mobile app that wraps our staff web product.

What we collect. Account credentials and profile details you or your venue provide; operational data you enter (bookings, waivers, check-ins, retail sales); and standard technical logs (IP, device/browser, timestamps) needed to secure and operate the service.

Staff app. The PayfastLodging Staff app loads the same authenticated staff website over HTTPS. Session cookies stay in the app WebView. Camera access is requested only when a staff feature needs it (for example barcode scan at POS).

Guest app (KentFarms Lodging / Tall Pines Guest). The guest Android app (com.kentfarms.guest) loads the public guest website over HTTPS (reservations, waivers, season passes, book a stay). Camera is used only when a guest flow needs a photo (waiver or ID). Location. If you tap Emergency, the app may request precise GPS to lock one pin and show it to logged-in park staff so they can find you. Location is not used for live tracking and is not sold. Emergency is not 911 — call 911 for fire, ambulance, or police.

How we use data. To run your venue’s lodging operations, authenticate staff, process payments you configure with your processors, and maintain security and reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing. Data is shared with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processors you connect) under your venue’s configuration, and when required by law.

Retention & security. Data is retained while your venue account is active and as needed for legal/operational purposes. We use HTTPS and access controls; venue owners manage staff permissions.

Your choices. Venue owners control staff accounts. Guests may contact the park/venue for booking or waiver questions. For platform privacy requests related to PayfastLodging itself, email the contact below.
